Shipping is based on the subtotal shopping cart. If your order is $200 or more you will not pay any shipping fees at all!! We ship vis USPS and UPS depending on items and shipping address. We only ship to the confirmed BILLING address.
NY state residents have to pay the sales tax (8%) on the subtotal (items only) in your shopping cart and never on the shipping.
Returns
We offer a full 10 day return policy on all orders. We do not refund any
postage (original charged postage or returned items postage). If any items
are removed from their original holders / plastic, the return privilege is
void. We also do not accept returns on bulk coins, silver and gold without
restocking fees. Contact us prior to ordering for current restocking fee
