Large Cents from 1793 to 1857

Large cents were the first coins struck by the US Mint for circulation in 1793. They were all minted at the Philadelphia Mint. The varieties of Large Cents include Flowing Hair (1793), Liberty Cap (1793-1796), Draped Bust (1796-1807), Classic Head (1808-1814) and the Liberty Head (1816-1857)
